So Sadity by E (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”). By opting in or participating in our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms, including your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding arbitration as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below.

User Opt-In
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS messages by affirmatively opting in, such as through online enrollment forms. Regardless of how you opted in, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation. By participating, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages at the phone number you provided, and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from us. Message and data rates may apply.

User Opt-Out
To opt out of the Program, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us. You may receive an additional message confirming your decision to opt out. MMS Disclosure
The Program may send SMS messages if your mobile device does not support MMS.

Our Disclaimer of Warranty
The Program is offered "as-is" and may not be available in all areas or at all times. We are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery, which are beyond our control.

Participant Requirements
You must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and subscribe to text messaging service. Not all cellular providers support this service.

Age Restriction
You may not use the Platform if you are under 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian permission. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are of appropriate age as per your jurisdiction’s laws and that you have permission if required.

Prohibited Content
You agree not to send any prohibited content, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent, defamatory, or threatening messages.
• Objectionable content, including hate speech or discrimination.
• Harmful code, such as viruses or malware.
• Unlawful promotions.
• Personal health information protected by HIPAA.

Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Naperville, Illinois, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator shall have the authority to decide enforceability and interpretation of this Agreement. The decision will be final and binding.

Miscellaneous
You warrant that you have the authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Changes to this Agreement will be communicated to you, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
