How To Apply –

1. Take the 2 in 1 Dual Eyeliner and line your lash line, focusing on where your lash will stick, and then apply the rest of your liner normally.
2. Wait a few seconds for the liner adhesive to become slightly tacky.
3. Take the lash, gently line up with your lash line, apply your lash starting with the corners, and then press and hold till adhered.
